Reporting to the Manager of Admissions (MOA), or the Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA), the Admissions Associate is responsible for assisting Admissions Advisors by pre-qualifying prospective students with their program of interest. This position assists with providing services to prospective students, in alignment with our corporate strategic imperatives. Specific responsibilities include: conducting high volume outreach to prospective students, ensuring their program of interest is aligned with their educational and professional goals, scheduling follow up appointments for Admissions Advisors, and conducting live transfers. Contributes to a working environment where all team members can be their best selves, grow and thrive, to support our corporate mission of championing student success.
Work hours will be as follows:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 1pm -9pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm
