Who we need

Our University is actively seeking an Admissions Advisor. The successful candidate is described as energetic, driven, and results oriented – with a track record of meeting sales targets and a penchant for inspiring growth in others. Admissions Advisors work both directly with students and with other university departments to ensure a smooth transition into university programs and courses.

What you will do

  • High volume calls to prospective students, answering questions related to admissions and programs and processing student applications. 
  • Meeting and exceeding established sales targets and weekly goals 
  • Listening, recognizing, and considering the needs of prospective students in order to provide them with educational solutions. 
  • Participating in all relevant marketing activities or recruiting events. 
  • Managing company generated leads and personally developed leads and encourage qualified students to enroll 

What you bring

  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience. 
  • Outstanding telephone skills and demeanor 
  • Self-discipline and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail 
  • An entrepreneurial attitude towards individual performance 
  • Proficiency in using software such as Office 365/Microsoft tools 
  • Results and goal oriented 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
